A pay-run workspace for day-rate independent contractors under the Service Contract Act. SAM.gov wage-determination lookups, per-draft floor checks, batch PDF stubs, email from the operator's own domain via Resend, 180-day audit log with CSV export, and passkey sign-in. Runs on Netlify Blobs.
