Doyel Labs Terms of Service

These terms cover the services and software offered by Doyel Labs LLC ("we"), a Wyoming limited liability company in Casper, Wyoming, USA. BAI has its own terms at /legal/bai/terms/.

What we offer

Website build. A five-page website for a fixed price stated on /websites/, delivered on your own domain. Half is due to start; half when the site is live.

Care plan. Optional monthly hosting, backups, monitoring, and small edits, at the price stated on /websites/. Small edits means up to thirty minutes of work in a week; larger changes are quoted first. You may cancel in any month; billing stops at the end of that month, and we hand you the files.

Custom software. Quoted per project. Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed price, which together form the agreement for that project. Half is due to start; half at launch unless the scope says otherwise. We do not bill hourly.

Ownership

When the final payment for a build clears, you own the code, the content, the domain, and the accounts it runs in. We keep the right to reuse general techniques, and to show the work as an example with your written permission.

Your content

You must have the right to use any text, images, logos, and data you give us. We are not responsible for claims arising from content you supplied.

What Doyel Labs is not

Doyel Labs LLC is not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, a fiduciary, a bank, a payroll processor, a professional employer organization, a money transmitter, an insurer, or a reporting agent for any tax authority. Software we build does not hold customer money. Nothing we say or build is legal, tax, or financial advice.

What we do not promise

We promise to do the work described in the scope, to a professional standard. We do not promise search rankings, sales, uptime percentages, or any business outcome. Software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss.

Ending a project

Before a build starts, you may cancel and the deposit is refunded. Once work has begun, the deposit covers work done to that point; anything beyond it is settled against the scope. We may end a project for non-payment, abuse, or a legal requirement, and will say why when the law allows.

Changes

We update the version date above when these terms change materially. Changes do not apply to a project already under a signed scope.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes proceed in the state or federal courts sitting in Natrona County, Wyoming. Nothing here waives a right you cannot legally waive.
